Information Collection

Karma Mantra collects two types of information:

-       E-mail and billing information provided by our customers.

-       Web traffic information provided by our automated traffic analysis tools that enable us to better understand how often our customers visit the site and the sites they enter from and exit to.

We Do Not Share Your Information with any outside entity except those parties whose role is necessary to completing your transaction and delivery. So for example, your information is shared with the shipping service provider; and it will also be shared with our vendor in cases where the product ships directly from the vendor’s warehouse. We do not rent out your information or share it with any parties who are not related to your transaction.

Secure Information Transmission:

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order although of course, it is necessary to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Opt-Out Provision

You may opt out of receiving information from Karma Mantra by following the instructions on the opt-out message at the bottom of every e-mail sent out by Karma Mantra. If you experience any problems with this, please contact customerservice@karmamantra.com
